It is difficult to avoid games updates today. Normally, if you want to access all functions in a new version, you are expected to install a launch patch. We have seen it with innumerable nintendo games themselves during the switch generation, and it seems that the launch of Pokémon Bright diamond and bright pearl will not be different.
According to a footnote on the official Diamond and Pearl remakes website, it may be necessary to install the day patch one or after the launch to reproduce part of the content content. Here is this full message:
To play some content, it may be necessary to install the update data delivered on the date of launch of the game or later.
Again, updates like this have become a standard practice today, but if you get physical versions of these games, it may mean that you will not be able to access all the content of the game without updating your own copy first. I could easily have something to do with the online part of the game, which would be difficult to avoid if you plan to play online. However, if you are out-line content, it is unfortunate that it is not included in the base game file.
Even if no update is required to play part of the content content, with the way the note is written to the previous foot, it seems that at least we can expect a shorter patch shortly after the release, which would probably resolve Any small error or failures that break the game, if any.
Having seen this information, what version of these games will you get? Physicum or digital? Tell us below.
