A developer in 2018 dios of war has revealed a curious visual trick on the homonymous character, kratos, and his preferred weapon in the title, Leviathan Ax. More specifically, the animator Robert Morrison recently shared on social networks that the size of the powerful ax is actually bigger in his hand that on his back, which seems to be a detail that people got lost despite seeing both situations with Frequency during the game.
Kratos ax has a different scale when he is in his hand that when he is on his back, Morrison shared on Twitter. In a follow-up comment, Morrison pointed out that he believed that Leviathan's ax was 20% bigger when he was held by kratos that when he was on his back. He also pointed out that although there may be other scale effects like this on the blades, he did not believe that there was any miscarriage with the head of Mimir. It is not very rare that developers use visual tricks like this to impart the best sense of scale in a given situation. Morrison was as far away as to tell Gamesradar + in an additional comment that this is often done usually to provide the best visual presentation for any camera or scenario view, and that [h] helps 'framing the shot' If you wish .
As for the GOD OF WAR franchise of Sony's Santa Monica Studio, the last and best title is available for PlayStation 4 and as a title compatible with previous versions in PlayStation 5. It is also included in the PLAYSTATION PLUS collection. Beyond that, a sequel that seems to be called Inos of the war: Ragnarok has been teasing, but the details remain scarce at this time.
