NBA News: Nikola Jokic from the Denver Nuggets is in series MVP for the second time

Nikola Jokic will be honored for the second time in series by the NBA for the MVP of the Regular Season in the coming days. Adrian Wojnarowski from ESPN reports.

In addition to Joel Embiid (Philadelphia 76ers) and Giannis Antetokounmpo (Milwaukee Bucks), the Serb was one of three finalists on the most important Award of the Regular Season. The 27-year-old played an average of 27.1 points, 13.8 rebounds and 7.9 assists in 74 games, plus the NuggetS star hit 58.3 percent of his throws and 33.7 percent of downtown. Jokic was also the first player in the story to show at least 2,000 points, 1,000 rebounds and 500 assists in a season.

Jokic himself already indicated that he had no intentions to leave the nuggets: "If the offer is on the table, I will of course accept it." Big Man has been playing for Denver since 2015 after the Nuggets selected him a year earlier with the 41st pick - a future MVP was never pulled lower.
